Easy Frozen Durian Popsicle Recipe
My sister-in-law brought some durians for us from my FIL’s orchard last weekend.
Thick, creamy and extremely sweet. Oh me, oh my. Yums! I ate them all immediately leaving 2 seeds (as shown above) to make durian frozen popsicles.
Creamy durian flesh.
Boil a cup of fresh milk in a pot. Add the durian flesh and mash. I did not add sugar and salt since I’m making this for my 22-months-old Ayden. Once boiled, let cool. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze overnight.
I made another batch for Darling and I and added a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt.
Super yummy durian ice popsicle just like the old school ais krim potong durian.
Look who’s enjoying his frozen durian popsicle on a super hot day :D

wow… this seems super refreshing and yeah absolutely perfect for hot weather… i wonder it is also applicable for other fruits other than durian
I saw a lot of durians by the road side. Want to buy to make ice cream also..but makan sendiri not so syiok since Big E doesn’t go near durian.
I totally can see how hot it is. See Ayden’s hair, must be messed up due to sweating too much!
As before, Ayden is so cute being the model. I like to eat durian and also ice cream so durian ice cream – very, very good!
