Giving an old table a new look

I’ve been doing some spring cleaning at home for the past several weeks. Yeah, I’ve not really been cleaning my house for ages! I saw this poor ugly table at a corner; full of dust and cobwebs. I’ve had this little side table since college if I’m not mistaken.

It is so ugly now that I gave it a wipe and paint all over it except the bottom part, knowing that no one will be so free as to flip the table to check the bottom :P

I also peeled the top layer off.

I remembered I have some leftover wallpaper from last year’s wall job. I trace the table size and cut it out.

And pasted it onto the naked top. My classic side table now has a new refreshed look ^_^

Now.. let’s see what else can I refurbish at home. I’m in the mood for DIY!

That’s nice… reminds me of an ads in the radio about repainting and recondition old furnitures but I’m sure not many ppl will recondition an antique furniture or else the value gonna drop! :P

wish i had old furniture like that to refurbish :p feels like new when you use it kan? even though you know it’s not :p hehehe
