Fish with fruity sauce

Ethan loves fried fish. I can just fry a fish and throw some browned garlic on top and he’ll finish the whole thing easily. I fried fish again today..

And when I looked at it I feel so sad! LoL! So pitiful right my fish? :P So I decided to do something with it.

I rummaged through my fridge and unfortunately I don’t have many things in it. I found strawberries, green apples, carrots and cherry tomatoes.

I used the following to stir up a very ‘special’ fruity sauce :P
* tomato sauce

* fruit jam

* oyster sauce

* cider vinegar

* half teaspoon of salt

* and a couple of drops of sesame oil

Tah-dah! My fish with fruity sauce! Guess what? Ethan loves it! What used to be his lunch and dinner ended up as only LUNCH! Now I gotta think what to dish out for dinner! >.<

haha, that's really kind of you to be so thoughtful to the fish, die also must die pretty right?? hahaha.. of course kids love those dishes with sweet and sour sauce, now you know the trick to make him eat more~~ :p

Yum! Yum! So nice! That one bawal hitam or putih? How much a kg there? That day I saw bawal putih – RM45 a kg….. Like that, no need to eat lah. Too expensive.

STP – I don't know how much, coz my Mom gave :P Black or white ah? Me oso dunno coz grey! LOL!Hahaha.. now I know what Chris meant when he said 'didn't know u r such a good cook!!' LoL! I don't even KNOW my fish!! o.O

when comes to cooking, we just have to make do with what's available in the fridge. Apple, strawberry? I have never tried them on my cooking, you are very creative!

Your fried fish, although just plain, already looks yummy and perfect to me! The fruity sauce is a very unique concoction… thumbs up to u :)
