Ayden is FIVE!
31 August 2018. While the nation celebrates our independence day, our little Ayden officially turns FIVE!
At such a tender age, he already requested to celebrate with his friends in the Mandarin enrichment class he is attending.
We celebrated his birthday earlier as it is always a holiday on his birthday as it falls on our National Day.
As usual, Ayden and I baked his favourite moist chocolate cake a day before the celebration. I let him decorate the cake himself.
Just look at how happy Ayden was when his friends sang him the birthday song.
I homeschool Ayden but I am glad he attends this Mandarin class for an hour every week days because there is nothing more important than having friends and socializing with them.
Ayden insisted to cut the cake for his friends and we let him. He cut 3 slices out before one of the teacher took over as Ayden needed to hand out the party bags.
We packed enough party bags for the teachers too.
The children burst into laughter when they found a Lollipop GHOST in their goodie bag. Ayden insisted to make this ghost lollipop that he learned to make for Halloween last year for his friends. What a cheeky boy he is. He also gave them a pullback toy car each.
The children had fun eating cakes and playing with the car before their parents fetch them home.
It was a simple but fun celebration for Ayden ♥
