All the dim sum are made from scratch daily. Choices range from steamed, baked and deep fried to healthy congee variety. Diners can handpick from a selection of over 30 scrumptious choices but be sure not to miss out of Chef Chong’s line-up of 9 signature Dim Sums.Â
Chef’s Signature Creation
Steamed Bun with Egg Yolk Custard
Soft and tender with just the right amount of sweetness. This has got to be eaten using our hands to tear the bun and lick the oozing egg custard filling.Â
Steamed Shanghai Dumpling simmered in Superior StockÂ
This steamed soup dumpling must be eaten while it is still hot. Tear the side of the dumpling and slurp the soup before eating the rest of it. This is a must-have in any dimsum feast.Â
Seafood Roulade with Bamboo Pith
Stuffed with shrimp and scallops, this makes an elegant dish.Â
Signature Chive BiscuitÂ
Crispy biscuit with a generous filling of juicy shrimps and chive is one of our favourite that afternoon.Â
Wok-fried Radish Cake with Shrimps and Bean Sprout
Savory and spicy fried omelette with white carrot cake and generous amount of shrimps and bean sprout.Â
Congee and Steamed Rice Flour Rolls
Healthy congee varieties include with enoki, fungus and fish fillet, or with century egg and pork, or with dried scallop or with roasted pork and peanut or with abalone.
Indulge in four varieties of steamed rice flour rolls with chive and shrimp, or with bamboo pith and vegetable or with barbecued pork and green vegetable or if you are feeling adventurous, you may try the one with dough fritters and dried shrimp.Â
Steamed Dim Sum
Minced Pork Dumpling topped with Fish Roe
Crystal Prawn Dumpling with Cilantro
Emerald dumpling topped with fresh scallop
An entire piece of fresh scallop on a bed of shrimp wrapped in translucent emerald green is simply divine.Â
Steamed Fluffy Bun filled with Barbequed Pork
Tradional Steamed Glutinous Rice
Fried Dim Sum
Oven Baked Egg Custard Tart
Crispy Salad Prawn Dumplings
Ayden super liked this and ended up eating all of it and requested for a second serving.Â
A cup of tea to end our delightful dimsum brunch. I love their dainty tablewares.Â
This decadent feast is available on Mondays to Saturdays from 12noon to 2.30pm and Sundays and public holidays from 9.30am to 2.30pm.

Oooooo…the layer of pork belly on the glutinous rice looks so so sinful. I love it! Yum yummmmm!!!!!
Oh my. So scrumptious feast. I want it all! The abalone porridge. The steamed bun with the oozing custard.
Thinking of this, it has been a while since I had dim sum.
The food looks good. Thanks for sharing.
