Ayden’s Very First Passport
It was just like any other morning except school is closed due to the haze and the boys were running aimlessly at home. Out of nowhere, Darling suggested to go make a passport for Ayden and renew ours. I looked at him funny and asked if he was serious as it was almost 10am then and we were still in our pyjamas at home having just woken up ten minutes earlier. He said why not, let’s try our luck to see if they still have numbers for us.
We quickly got changed and half an hour later we are here in Jabatan Imigresen Malaysia, Plaza Glomac, Kelana Jaya. We got our numbers immediately (no queue) and quickly proceeded to get our photos taken. We no longer need to get our passport pictures in advance in a shop. Photos are now taken on the spot right in front of the officer on duty.
Like this. Everything is done here. Gone are the days we need to present copies of passport sized photographs to them.
It is Ayden’s first time making a passport. He has never travelled overseas in the past 2 years. He was very coorperative, sitting there on his own looking straight into the camera.Â
He even posed and smiled. The officer did not have any trouble getting a shot of Ayden at all. She had more trouble getting my picture as my fringe kept covering my eyes.Â
Everything was done very quickly. After an hour, we get to collect our passports. Now, all four of us has a valid Malaysian passport but no where to go! LoL! Call us crazy. No, call Darling crazy! He was the one who suggested for us to renew our passports today eventhough we have no travel plans at all. All because the school is closed today.Â
This is Ayden’s passport. So cute, so smiley :)
Now, where shall we fly to?
hahaha…he’s so cute! Reminded me of my kids’ first passport! So, confirmed coming to SG?
Ayden is so cute. His pose for the camera included his victory sign which is one finger up on each hand. So very cute!
