Travelling with baby in the car
You know how when you have a baby you tend to look at other people with babies too? We were at the car park in a shopping mall last weekend when I spotted several mothers coming out from the front passenger seat carrying their baby. That’s not quite safe isn’t it?
The first thing we did when I was pregnant with Ethan years ago was to get a baby carrier that doubles as a car seat. It was a good investment as I can still use it for Ayden now. With this baby carrier, Ayden (and also Ethan back then) can sleep comfortably in the car. Most importantly, they sleep safely. Another main factor is with the baby in the carrier, my hand is free! I can fiddle with my phone and check Facebook on the go.
But one thing we have to remember is to buckle up before we start our journey. The baby carrier is of no good unless it is properly buckled up.
So buckle up folks and have a safe journey! :)
i put the baby car seat in front so I can see and talk to my baby. And if I am not driving and require to carry baby then I would sit at the back. Usually for short ride. If longer ride then we will put baby in the car seat. I cannot stand carry my baby for so long. ;)
cute.
Yes, it’s the nature, we tends to look at people’s babies when we have our own ;)
Agree, everyone in the car must buckle up properly, including infants!
Faith cried all the time when put in the car seat last time so I have to carry her. 1 year old easier to jaga..she has no prob sitting in the car seat.
It is very important to make sure out little ones are safe all the time. :D
Last time my wife just carried my kids while I’m driving. They just don’t like the baby seat and will start Yelling!
