His new WALL
Remember my sufferings when Ethan decided to upgrade his study/play room into something more ‘mature’? My fingers all blistered from the peeling of the double layered tapes off the wall. Read all about it here.
After days of endless peelings I finally gave up and told Darling to go ahead with the new paint eventhough there are still lots of sticky residues left on the wall.
So these two macho topless guys got started with mixing the paint and all. Can you imagine that we decided to use the remainder of the paint that was used to paint our Studio 3 years ago? THREE years and the paint is still good to use! :O
And then he started painting. I remembered back when he was in KidZania he was dying to be a painter but never got the chance as there were too many kids queuing up for that. Now, he has the entire wall to himself!
But when splashes of paints kept on dripping on him this boy of mine let go all his machoness and requested to be covered up :P
He continued painting until he completed the entire lower section of the wall. I continued the upper part since the Daddy left for work already.Â
Not bad-lah. Managed to cover up most of the sticky residues. But just as I was about to leave the room, I saw this….
Mampoi! How the heck am I supposed to clean THIS door?!! >_<

Hahaha…I would leave it as it is. when he grow up and leave the house one day, this will be good memories for both you and your hubby.

hmmm, why not you let Ethan draw whatever he likes on the wall before you decided to paint it in purplse?? who knows it can come out as a very beautiful wall, i always believe in the creativity of kids.. :)
Nice work, thumb up to the boys. Oh I saw a tv program, they spray some hair spray on the left over glue on the door and it will easily come out.
He definitely can paint better than me & hubby, wall in our room painted by us is so terrible!
I was regretted that I let my girls stick their stickers at their wardrobe door too. What a silly mistake.
