Night Glow – 2nd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2010
First time we attended the Night Glow was during the 1st Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta on the 22 March 2009. Back then, we had ‘special’ passes to enter the area for photography purposes.
