If you have been following my Facebook or YouTube channel, you’ll see that we have been keeping ourselves occupied making local kuih muih that we can usually easily get from Bazaar Ramadan. Today I’m sharing our favourite Apam Balik which is so simple to make, it’s unbelievable!
Ingredients:
220g flour | 220g tepung gandumÂ
1/2 teaspoon baking soda | 1/2 sudu kecil baking soda
1/2 teaspoon yeast | 1/2 sudu kecil ragi
2 eggs | 2 telur
50g sugar | 50g gula pasir
310ml water | 310ml air
Filling | Inti:
Groundnuts | Kacang tanah
Sugar | Gula
Sweet Corn | Jagung manis
Butter | Mentega
