Crispy Butter Chicken recipe
Crispy Butter Chicken is one of the easiest ‘restaurant’ dish to replicate at home. Ingredients are very basic which consist of mostly stuffs that we usually already have at home. This deliciously appetizing fried chicken is also one of the boys’ favourite dish hence it is a regular in our weekly menu.
Ingredients:
Marinate:
1/4 cup water | air
1 egg white | telur putih
1/2 tsp salt | garam
2 tbs oyster sauce | sos tiram
3 tbs cornflour | tepung jagung
A dash of white pepper | lada sulah
Butter sauce:
30g butter | butter
1 egg yolk | telur kuning
Chopped garlic | bawang putih
Curry leaves | daun kari
Red chili | cili merah
1 cup milk | susu
1 tsp sugar | gula
1 tsp salt | garam
