Somewhere Over the Rainbow
“Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high
And the dreams that you dreamed of
Once in a lullaby
Somewhere over the rainbow
Blue birds fly
And the dreams that you dreamed of
Dreams really do come true ooh oh“
Ayden saw his first real rainbow yesterday. I don’t remember when was my first time seeing a real rainbow. Do you?
I also don’t remember being curious to know where the rainbow starts and ends but the boys are. Ethan especially kept asking where does it end. Ayden kept looking for the rainbow and each time the father drives in a different direction, he’ll look for it all over again and wonders why the rainbow kept ‘switching’ places.
Rainbow does not fascinate me much before but yesterday, while watching it with the boys, I find it amazingly enchanting. Is this a sign of old age? Before I know it, I’ll be sitting in the car porch listening to the pitter patter of raindrops! Oh boy, this IS a sign of old age…
After all rainbow looks enchanting. :)
My 2 kiddos have yet to really see a rainbow. Ha :D
Actually, the first time I saw rainbow was on my arm, when my watch reflected some reflected sunlight on a puddle of water.
I love looking at rainbow, so nice! Really God’s wonderful creation ;)
We just saw one rainbow yesterday evening. I always love looking at rainbows. Been wondering and day-dreaming about rainbow and myth as kids. The pot of gold, magical place etc. Haha.
Can;t remember. Can create rainbow during a sunny day with water from a hose.
