Music Mobile

When I was pregnant with Ethan long long time ago, I bought this musical mobile at a baby fair. It was selling very cheap then. I super love it because it is cute and the horses doubles as rattles as well. And then Ethan grew up and I kept this mobile and his baby cot away.

I kept the music mobile in a safe place, so safe that I forgotten where it was. When I finally got pregnant with Ayden and about to burst, I looked high and low for this musical mobile but I failed to find it.

Ayden was born yet there was no musical mobile to welcome him. He was without a musical mobile for about 5-6 months until we finally decided to get him a new one. We got him the exact same one that we got Ethan. It’s more expensive now but it’s okay. I still love it. It has a sentimental feeling to it.

And then yesterday, as I was cleaning my kitchen cabinet, I saw it. I saw Ethan’s musical mobile. In the KITCHEN cabinet! Bravo Merryn, you really outdo your stupidity this time around! Who keeps a music mobile in a kitchen cabinet??!!

So what did I do? I hung both on Ayden’s cot. Haha. He might be deprived of a musical mobile during the first few months of his life but he has TWO now, double the happiness :P

But he really is very happy lah. So many horses to knock on his head as he walks from one end to the other end of the cot. The cot is his gym. He uses it to practise his walking and standing and everything. Actually he’s very happy to be in his ‘jail’ :D

Ooooo…it’s really so nice!!! Look, the boy is so very happy, enjoying it. Hmmmm…you’re not alone, no worries. Like my missus, will keep things and then forget – she would turn the house upside down to look for anything that she has put away and needs suddenly.

I also kept so many things from my first baby so I didnt remember what I keep. lol.

I bought a rattle and musical mobile for my girl more than 8 years ago and after that I kept it and couldnt find it. So both boys never had a musical mobile on their cot. lol.
But at least Ayden is happy in his cot witg those horses as his companion.

hahaha… I also bought something like this for Hern Hern but somehow it’s no longer in my home. I guess my wifey could have given it away since we do not need it anymore.
