I May Be Small But I’m Strong

I was out shopping yesterday and spotted this tee. The caption captivates me and immediately I took one to try. I saw one lady asking the staff there if they have the same tee in XL size.

Now tell me, why would you want to wear a tee that says, “I May Be Small But I’m Strong” if you are an XL sized person? o.O

My first impression on the SMALL is SIZE but when I repeatedly read this sentence the SMALL could have others meaning. It could be talking about a person gut or like some people like to describe him or her as small potato or a peanut or etc.
