Art & Craft with Lala
I don’t cook often. Most of the time Darling will tapau for us. The other day, he tapau-ed some lala(s) for me. I love lala, in fact, I love seafood. Gimme anything, I’ll eat them! :P
So after eating the lala(s), what do I do with the empty shells? So happen that we were heading to my work place that time so I took the empty shells and wrapped them in some old paper. Brought them to my work room and give them a thorough rinsing.
I placed them on the floor by the window to dry. Next, I mix some paint with PVA glue so that Ethan can start painting :D
He painted the first shell blue.
And then yellow.
Next is pink. He left the last shell untouched! @_@
I cut a green construction paper and let him paste onto a blue paper.
Then we did some thumb printing so that we can have some colourful flowers.
Lastly he pasted the ‘lala butterflies’ and there..
A beautiful LALA artwork! Have a great weekend peeps! :D
nice..
boleh guna idea ni kat sekolah..
TQVM
Cikgu Isza,
Pastikan yg budak budak tu basuh lala tu betul betul, kalu tak bersih busuk nanti! :D

Very nice! You train Ethan well, he knew how to do this type of painting. Most kids his age can only colour with colour pencils. Btw, is that paint ?
Thanks for the idea. Now I know what to do with the cockle shells that i have saved for some time…. ^-^
yeah, very creative and nice indeed!! have never thot of using the clam shells in artwork, will just eat and throw them away~~ but maybe only this type lah, sure siham shell cannot be as pretty, haha~~ :D
Creative way of recycle lala shells ;)

Wow! You are truly creative and you seem to recycle nearly everything that lands on your hands..;)
