Restoran Pan Mee Spice & Chill Noodle House
I’ve been working at The Strand for sometime now but have never ventured out for lunch at the vicinity of this area. Recently Carol ended up working here too and her office is located at the same row as mine! So we take this opportunity to have lunch breaks together. The ‘good’ news is both of us don’t drive so we can only go as far as our legs can bring us! :P
We dined at this Spice & Chill Noodle House a couple of times already as we find that the pan mee served here is not bad at all.
The place is clean and spacious. Empty? Don’t be fooled though, come lunch hour the place is packed!
The many varieties of noodles to choose from.
Minced Meat Noodle (RM4.90 Small / RM5.60 Big)
Strange how we always opt for fine noodles as opposed to the flat ones. The minced meat noodle is easily MY favourite! Want to know why?
Because I LOVE having my noodles with lots and lots of this chilly paste! And it’s easier to have them when the noodle is dry! :D
But the first time I stepped foot in here I ordered Chicken Soup Noodle (RM4.70 Small / RM5.40 Big) as I wanted to be safe as I was dining with Ethan. I’m afraid other choices might turn out spicy.
Still I couldn’t resist having them with the chilly paste! Yummy! :P
Prawn Noodle (RM6.70 Small / RM7.40 Big) Darling had this the other day. Served with four prawns that looked like Carol! :P
I preferred them dry so I took some out without the soup and add lots and lots of chilly paste! Double the yummy! :D
On other occasions we also had these..
House Noodles (RM4.70 Small / RM5.40 Big) with additional egg (RM0.80)
Dry Su Chai Choi Noodle (RM4.90 Small / RM5.60 Big) with additional egg (RM0.80)
Ethan’s favourite whenever we dined here is this Icy Chocolate (RM4.20) which I find to be a tad too sweet!
But we kept on coming back again and again. You know why?
Because Ethan loves the cats here! Haiz.. he insisted to have lunch here just so that he can ‘sayang’ those cats! @_@
Being bloggers, we have our cameras with us where ever we go. Look at Carol trying to photograph Darling and Ethan!
And just look at these camera shy boys! LoL! Carol, I think you’ve just captured a couple of ostriches! Haha.. :P

lots of varieties of pan mee but i still find the most original and authentic "hand torn" pan mee the best.. or those are not called pan mee but mee hun kueh to be exact :)
Well….I don't think it is good. From the colour and texture…it doesn't look good. :p
I still think the original one near Sultan Ismail is the best. :)

Oops hubby and son got STRANDed under the table or both got some conspiracy under the table? Nice place and the price OK too. tQ
I love Jojo's spicy pan mee (dry style). They have branches in Kuchai Lama and Uptown D'sara.
Looks good, I would love to try the dry version with lots of chili! This place also looks child friendly since Ethan likes it so much. :)
