Hi, I’m Submerryn. Let’s bump our phones :D

Since the existence of the Internet, how often do you snail mail or physically print information? These days information are mostly transferred online. I have been to business meetings where instead of exchanging name cards, they “Bump” their business card images through their iPhone. Ever encountered that? Oh yes believe me, such situations do exist!

Those smart phone users are really weird people I tell you. They downloaded this application called “Bump” and just by bumping their phone to another phone, their business card image will transfer to the other party!

Ok, so I am one of those weird smart phone users but I seriously think that in certain circumstances, a real business card is still in need. We can’t be going to a formal business meeting and expect to BUMP your card to each other right? Besides, not everybody has that Bump app!

I have two active blogs. I only printed namecards for ONE of my blog. But lately, both of my blogs require for me to attend meetings, events and more. Since both of my blogs are of TOTALLY different nature I have to print a different set of name card for the other blog. I’m still looking for printers who will be able to print my submerryn.com blog. Why is it so difficult? Because I insist to have them printed on a submarine shaped card. Now tell me, any printers out there is able to do that? Do drop me an e-mail :D

Oh yeah, since we are into this business card issue let me share with you what I got from Ayie earlier this year. No she did not send me a business card but she sent me something more precious than that. She send me magnetic calendar postcards of her little family with cute little Jariel in it :)

Sweet!

I love it so much that I stick it on my fridge together with my other favourite magnets :D

i think for business you still need to have those printed namecards lah, not every businessman also have iPhone and installed with that Bump mah.. i got that fridge magnet from Ayie too, very nice..

owh!! i also download that app but haven't use yet… =Psubmarine shape??? wah siao…rarely ppl willing to do…might as well cut it out ur own…LOL if got ppl do also will be quite expensive le…. =S
