Diet is DIE with a T….

I’ve been working in front of the PC too long lately that I noticed I’m getting flabby. It’s not so much the weight that is bothering me, but it’s the muscle tone (or rather the lack of it). I can gain weight easily. My heaviest was during college when I went out supper with friends almost every night and clubbing every weekend. Imagine the calories taken…
Then I met Darling who helped me get back in shape. I don’t have any particular weight loss diet program that I swear upon. It’s just a good mixture of diet and exercise. I’m lucky that I don’t crave for sinful food often but one thing that must not be done is to store those food in my fridge. I refrain totally from purchasing them because once they are in the fridge, I am sure to pig out every hour!
So the ‘success’ to my weight loss and maintaining it is – keeping my fridge empty! :P No, not totally empty, just empty of sinful food. I have fruits, vegetables and meat for cooking but I rarely have junk food and soda in there. Come visit me, all you get is bottled water :P
Oh back to my flabby issue, I need to start working out, say.. tomorrow? Procrastinating again.. Sigh.. @_@

hmmm, i guess the reason i couldn't slim down (and keep gaining weight) is that i love junk food – especially sweet ones~~ sigh!!!
