Star Egg done right!
I used my Tefal non-stick pan, so I did not need to add any oil. I added water and cover with lid. In a couple of minutes, the egg turned out lovely :)
Tick tock tick tock.. A couple of minutes was all it took to get the perfect egg yolk :D
It was a little bit ‘damaged’ though as the little one couldn’t wait to get his hands on it. I had to grab it from him to photograph it before it disappeared into his tummy :P
