Meeting a blogger friend
See this lil‘ missy? Recognise this lil‘ missy? Good if you do, if you don’t, wait till the end of this post to see who she is. I’ve been chatting with this fellow blogger quite a lot over MSN. Yesterday, we finally met up @ The Curve, Ikano and Ikea. I went there with Ethan alone without Darling as he needs to work. She came with her hubs and lil‘ missy.
This is my favourite pics of lil‘ missy. Looking so very cute here with her pouty pose! Think my Ethan is always smiley? Look at him here, don’t know what is going through his mind with that kind of look! We were in Ikea having lunch and these two started bonding.
Kids these days. Back in my ol‘ days, I was given stones to keep me occupied while people were eating. Lil’ missy was given Daddy’s IPhone to keep her occupied! Talk about being high tech, this lil‘ missy can even navigate the phone to find her favourite Elmo and share it with Ethan!
I can nearly hear lil‘ missy’s Daddy’s heart beating ever so hard and occasionally skipping a few beats when Ethan came near almost grabbing the phone away! LOL, can’t blame him. I’ll be having cardiac arrest if I see two toddlers playing with MY phone!
After lunch, we went to the kids’ section in Ikea to let these two have fun. And they sure did! I love lil‘ missy’s dress. She looked so “Sailor Moon” there. Her mommy bought that dress online! Internet savvy her mommy I tell you!

And then lil‘ missy got so excited as she saw Patrick at a bookfair! Ethan was so afraid as he was not familiar with Patrick! He just stood there like a statue trying to hold back tears. No tears there though and after seeing how lil‘ missy was so excited and friendly with Patrick, Ethan decided that it was not so scary after all and managed to wave goodbye to Patrick!
Before parting, this Mommy Blogger even gave Ethan some IQ Puzzles and some Elmo DVDs. They became his favourite almost instantly and I now have to bring it along whenever we go out for meals as Ethan loves playing with them and it can keep him occupied for some time. Darling on the other hand, is complaining that he gets a headache each time Ethan watches Elmo. Darling said that Elmo has the most irritating voice in the world! LOL.
