The ‘workout’ that keeps all SAHM slim and fit!

The H1N1 scare has resulted in me ‘locking’ myself and Ethan at home. No playground (actually because it was raining), no shopping (scared bumped into sneezing and coughing people!), no outing.

Darling was complaining bored at home. I was moody as you can read in my previous post. So I use the H1N1 scare as a reason NOT to go out. So what DID I do at home the whole of Saturday? Spring cleaning! I have not been cleaning my house thoroughly since Ethan was born. It was always a quickie. Sweep, sweep here. Dust, dust there. Mop only once in a blue moon. So last Saturday, I channelled all my negative vibes into cleaning the house. I became a Superwoman! I swept, I vacuumed, I mopped! I told Darling to take 100% responsibility on Ethan as I needed to CONCENTRATE in cleaning the house. LOL. So Darling and Ethan ended up in the car porch washing cars and the porch floor!

At the end of the day, my house is finally in order again. For once, I can finally see the floors gleaming and the fan can finally spin without dust and webs falling off it! And hey, my floor tiles are actually white and not beige in colour~la! ^^

This was the greatest workout ever; because after all the work, the sweats and all, I finally ‘recovered’ and am cheerful again. It feels good to sweat once in a while. Must excercise more often now! Cheers! :D
