What went into our stomach today
Why? Because I make it a point to only spend an hour, not a minute extra in the kitchen to prepare a complete set of meal! A minute extra and Ethan will be restless already. It’s like he has a built-in timer in him! You can read in my older post how I kept him entertain while I do my cooking here. I envy those mommies out there who will so passionately try to prepare the best-est looking and I believe most delicious meal for their family. Sorry Darling, you are not gonna get THAT from me. :P
Anyway, this was what I managed to get done today.
Steam Salmon (the quickest and easiest meal to prepare!)
Stir fried bitter-gourd (Ethan’s favourite) – I love chunky garlic pieces
My version of mix vege…
My version of tomato soup.. hahaha..
If you notice, I use the same ol’ same ol’ garnishing. Not very creative eh? But Ethan just loves the chinese wolfberries. He will ask for it again and again. And mushroom is his favourite too. He will go.. “mushyoon n yice”.. “mushyoon n yice”… “Kai Chee”…
Now, do you feel some slight of pity for my hubs? I feel it all the time, but what the heck. He loves me so much, he can clear his plate in minutes! (Or maybe he is doing it fast before the real taste actually sinks in!).
