Cook with Ayden: Keledek Kukus
Sweet potato has many health benefits. They are an excellent source of vitamin A (in the form of beta-carotene). Our body converts beta-carotene into vitamin A. We need vitamin A for healthy skin and good eye health and vision hence it is an excellent food choice for growing kids.
As sweet potato is naturally sweet, it is delicious eaten on its own. It is extremely easy to cook sweet potato. All we need to do is to either steam or boil it. I prefer steaming it and today, I taught Ayden how to do it.
