Drawing on walls
I left him there barely a minute just to go into the kitchen to wash my hands. I came out to see this:
Argh! He ‘conteng-ed’ the wall! Reprimanded him and asked him where else he conteng and he steady only show me ALL his ‘artwork’. There were some on the floor too!
Why oh why? Big brother Ethan has NEVER, I repeat NEVER vandalized our walls but this little creature did today! Thank goodness it wasn’t on the wallpaper part of the wall or I just don’t know what I’ll do… >_<
I guess he was bored so I let him do some painting on papers instead. He loves painting. We have been painting at least twice a week for the past months as he really enjoys getting some body paint. Really.
I always use egg carton as the palette for the paint. After use, throw. No need to wash and all.
He painted the egg carton instead of the paper. Haha.
Finally painting on paper :)
All warmed up and happily painting. Streaks of paint on his face too.
Running out of paint there. Using the wrong end of the brush.. haha!
And he noticed the mess on his palm.
But continued painting with full concentration nevertheless.
Argh so messy and he knows it too. I took wet wipes to clean him up a little and let him complete his painting before bringing him into the washroom to wash.
After that we went out to the playground as the weather is really nice today. I hope Ayden won’t draw on walls again…
No two kids are the same – some are artistic, some are not. Hehehehehe!!!! I hope he does not bite, some kids do. My MIL was babysitting one and we used to leave my girl with her when we went to work…and she would come home blue black, teeth marks all over!!! So angry!
This one is an artist!!!
I also hate cleaning after my kids but been experimental and messy are part of growing. Haha. Not every kids are the same. Both my boys love to conteng while my girl never conteng anything other than on paper.
One rocker, one artist. I think you are sitting pretty when you grow old and they grow up. ;)
LOL …. normal la. Hern Hern never did that but Nicole did, as well as my little nephew who stayed with us for a while.
Ayden so cute with all the paint on his face… he sure has a good time exploring and experimenting…
Ayden is a cute boy, I saw his video on Facebook learning to pronounce the words, so cute
Part of the growing stage….when you look back is always fun, right. **minus the clean up* ahhaha
Sam was once like to conteng the walls although I’ve been told her not to do so >_<
PS: I think I need to stock up some egg cartons for Sam when she start using water colour in primary school :)
I used to draw at the walls when i was young too… my mum had hard time washing them off.
The artistic Ayden. =)
Your lil fella is so artsy, huh! (‘:
I love kid art though.
Looks like Ayden loves to paint. Never mind about conteng on the wall. If you leave it there, Ayden would have fun showing off his conteng to his children, your grandchildren.
