Marine Harvest for Dinner @ Chatz Brasserie
A week ago, we were invited to experience a showcase of an extensive spread of seafood for marine enthusiasts at Chatz Brasserie, PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur. Dubbed ‘A Festival of Marine Harvest and International Carvery’, we were spoilt for choices with slipper lobster, mussels, prawns and scallop on ice, Japanese selection of fresh sashimi and sushi, grilled seafood and meat and lots more.
We also enjoyed sampling crabs cooked in 6 different flavours.Â
Butter Crab
Kam Heong Crab
Chili Crab
Marmite Crab
Salted Egg Crab
Sweet and Sour Crab

The fish disappears soon after this picture was taken. It seems to be much sought after among diners that evening.
Wide selection of grilled seafood and meat ranging from stingray, pomfret, sirloin, chicken and sausages.
Steamboat.
Seafood on ice.
More mussels at the hot section.
At the a la minute counter, the chefs is ever ready to whip up an Oyster Omelette or even Fish and Chips at our requests.
Finish your dinner with a large bowl of ice-cream from the ice-cream counter.

The best way to enjoy eating crabs is with the shell lah. The messier the better :P
Wah these 2 kids are indeed very hang fook! So much yummy food!
I crave for crabs on and off, dare not eat now cause heard it’s not good for pregnant mummies ;)
I totally understand you Hayley. When I was pregnant with Ayden, I was sad closer to CNY coz can’t eat the salmon during lousang. Haha.
aiyo….so many big big crabs !!! They looks so good!! You sure you ate all these ???
Yep of course! I love crabs. They are my favourite :)
The grouper is so big! But just served like that is quite messy, right? Everyone will be digging at the fish with whatever tool (forks, spoons, knives) that is in their hands.
Why do they only serve this for dinner? I don’t take heavy dinner so definitely cannot go to eat this lah. Hhhmmmmpphhh!
The grouper is next to the carvery station. A chef is there to cut it for you actually. Haha. He moved a bit to the side coz this Ethan wanna pose that way >_<
