End of preschool
It’s finally the end. The end of preschool that is. 8 months of preschool experience for Ethan. I regretted not sending him to preschool earlier as he enjoys the company of friends so much that he is rather sad today is his last day there.
Ethan has graduated from preschool and will be attending P1 in 1 1/2 month’s time.
With his beloved teachers and friends.Â
The school even placed a graduation picture in a keychain. Cool.Â
Last night, Ethan stayed up late to prepare some parting gifts for his teachers and friends.Â
He wrote each and every Thank You card for his teachers and friends. He wrote until fingers aching so he says :D
Gift for his teachers.Â
One of his teacher’s name is so glamour – Teacher STAR! Fuiyo!
Gifts for his friends.Â
We all have something that we never forget no matter how old we grow and for me, that is my school years experiences – the friends, teachers, the silly games and more.Â
I know the past 8 months will be tattooed firmly somewhere in Ethan’s heart and I’m glad I made the right decision to allow him to experience preschool and not homeschool him exclusively until P1.Â
Happy Graduation Ethan !
Thank you Rach. Same goes to P :)
Congratz! Another new chapter to begin with next year, good luck Ethan! :D
Thank you. He has a looooong way to go.
Happy Convo, Ethan. The key-chain is a very good idea. I like the first pic of Ethan. He looks sooooo cool.
Happy Holiday, Ethan and Mommy Merryn, too.
Ethan will be busy with P1 this holidays. He will have to attend classes for 2 weeks next week and orientation in december.
Happy holidays to you, kit boy and lil wai :)
Glad to know he has a wonderful memory during his kindy time.
Is anyone of his friends going to the same primary school as Ethan?
Unfortunately not :( Two of the boys will be attending sekolah kebangsaan. Another one will go to private school while another is not sure of the name of the school…
Time flies and before you know it, he would be graduating from university, and would have sprouted wings to fly…fly…fly away. Sobsssssss!!!!!!
True Arthur. Just like how you missed Melissa while she was abroad. But at least she is back now. For what is worth, you’ve done a great job with your daughter. She turned out well, every parents’ dream come true :)
Congrats to Ethan! I like the key chain :)
This is why I didn’t homeschool my daughter when she was 3. I wanted her to meet other kids and enjoy being a kid with a lot of friends. Congratulations Ethan!
He is so thoughtful.
Hope Ethan enjoy his primary school life too!
All the best to Ethan!
Aww, I know exactly how that feels. Chloe spent 3 years in her ex-kindy and when we walked out of the school gate for the last time, I had to hold back tears too. Well, at least Ethan had a taste of kindy life for 8 months and enjoyed it :)
