Genting Water Festival 2013
Apart from the awesome YNOT Graffiti Showdown event in Genting, we also got to celebrate Songkran aka Water Festival last weekend. It was our first time celebrating Songkran up above and I thought these girls are really something to be wearing bikini in the freezing cold weather! I was curious to see if they have goosebumps from the cool breeze but it is impolite to stare hence my question was never answered @_@
I shove Darling right smack in the middle of those girls for a photo op. Yeah, I’m THAT cool! :P
I got him to take a picha here too. My Darling is such a sport! Haha! I think he must have this in mind, “Smile at camera, do not look down left or right. Keep eyes at the camera and camera only and not to the sides” :P
After having fun taking pictures with sexy bikini girls, we proceed to join the many people already at the Water Festival when we saw this:Â
Fully clothes people! Where are those bikini babes?!!
Sorry to burst your bubbles my dear readers but there aren’t any bikini babes in the bubble arena :(
There are foam covered guys though if that suits your fancy :P
Children had fun too playing with bubbles. Who wouldn’t?Â
Bubble machine!
Ethan will go nuts if we have this at home! Haha!
Okay, so you must be wondering. Songkran is Water Festival but why all these bubbles? Well..
There, they have water too. But who cares about water when we have BUBBLES right?!
They also have Thai street food fair and it was nice to just jalan-jalan cari makan along the long stretch sampling some of Thailand’s famous delicacies.Â
It was a bubblelicious good time celebrating Songkran here in Genting and then proceeding to have some satisfying Thai food for dinner and lunch the next day. Who says we need to fly to Thailand for a good time? We can have it all here in Genting.
Oh yeah, you must also be wondering, “How come no PICTURES of ME nor Darling or even Ethan soaking WET?”
Well, sexy and wet pictures like that are just too valuable that we are not posting them in this post! Bluek :P
I went to Bangkok a week earlier before the Songkran festival. I should have stay there to enjoy. Anyway, I bought a water gun back to celebrate the festival at home with my boy :)
Next year try to arrange your working trip to coincide with Songkran. Sure best wan! Anyway, playing water with your son also best la! :)
How I wish im there for the festival! Can enjoy the delicious thai food in cool cool climate!
Yeah RIGHT! You only wanna see those bikini girls, dont use food as your excuse :P
We postponed our trip to BKK bcos of Songkran. Bleh…
You going to BKK again?!
for work lor >.<
Oh! How come you didn’t ask William to check on the bikini girls whether they have goosebumps? He’s just next to them. Hahaha!
Kenot la. He’s a gentleman :P
Mango & sticky rice!!! I want!!!!
Salute the girls…..don’t they feel cold?
It was a fun outing.

dont wanna risk being sick doing this… haha… they should have it in KL
Really not easy to become model.. Need to freeze in bikini, but can’t show the coldness~~~ S-M-I-L-E!~
Wow din’t know there’s such event there!
Your darling must be so syok! Get to take photos with sexy hot chics! ^^
Bubbles! That’s a cool Sonkran style festival in Genting! I imagine they were clothed coz it’s really quite cold especially with the water. :)
I didn’t think of going to Thailand for this, celebrated in Cambodia instead for the Khmer New Year (where water festivities is actually illegal as are fireworks).
It looks like a lot of fun though, going to to go Genting soon for the weather.
Those bikini babes can’t do anything even if they feel cold. They are paid for it. lol. I’m sure your Darling was a happy man that day. keke. He just don’t dare to tell you only..:P
I was freezing even though I wear alot pieces! Hahaha I wonder how they survive too :/
Nice event. Must be very colourful and eventful
