K-Pop: Big Bang meets Durian
It was just another typical lepak day in Sunway Giza today for me. I did not bring my camera along with me when I saw Doraemons and more Doraemons EVERYWHERE! All pics here are taken using my iPhone4s :D
Doraemon is celebrating its 100th Anniversary this year.
Sunway Giza mall is having “We Barter, We Care” activity where you can trade your toys for some Doraemon paper crafts. I’m not too sure about the full details as I was more keen on the Doraemon paper crafts being displayed there :P

The first thing that caught my eyes is this DURIAN Doraemon! LoL! So CUTE! I really LOVE this! Aiyo, can I bring THIS home?!!
And then I saw this Mummy Doraemon. Yikes! Haha..Â
This Porcelain Doraemon is beautiful too.Â
I like this simple Doraemon made of newspaper. Simplicity at its best.Â
If Doraemon is Malaysian, he’ll look like that :P
Amazing work of art there isn’t it?
Jackie commented that his sister’s artwork is there when I posted pics of Doraemon in FB. I asked the person in charge but they told me that they did not put her artwork on display. We were bummed!
Imagine my delight when I went for a look the second time around and suddenly saw THIS! Yes, this is Jackie’s sister’s artwork. Click here to vote for her. I’m not too sure what she’ll be winning but yeah, let’s just vote for her shall we? :)
We also saw some amazing Doraemon and gang artwork.
My favourite is this Angel Doraemon.Â
The Christmas Doraemon is quite nice too.
Ahh.. this is Ethan’s favourite!

It was nice seeing each and every piece of artwork produced by college/uni students. I think these Doraemon display will still be on until Saturday. Not too sure though..Â

The doraemon, nobita and the dinosaur was once my favorite movie. The end of the movie is so touching where nobita have to bring his dinosaur back to the ancient world.
Wah!!!! So many pattern punya Doraemon!! The Durian one is funny! haha! I think i like the half face one the most!! =D
