Buffet Dinner @ Terazza Brasserie, Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel

Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel. I met Sid of BBO for the very first time here last December. Read our very first makan outing together here. It was at The Emperor then.

Today, I made Darling get off work early to join the gang at Terazza Brasserie, Grand Dorsett Subang Hotel.

Located on ground level, this distinguished restaurant is set in a Mediterranean environment overlooking the beautifully landscaped swimming pool and marquis lawn. It can cater up to 192 diners.

Terazza Brasserie is having Themed Buffet Dinner and being Tuesday, it is Tex Mex Flair!

“Tex-Mex” (combi of Texan and Mexican) is a term used to describe a regional American cuisine that blends food products available in the United States and the culinary creations of Mexican-Americans influenced by the cuisines of Mexico. “Tex-Mex” is used to describe a localized version of Mexican cuisine. It is common for all of these foods to be referred to as “Mexican food” in Texas, parts of the United States, and some other countries. In other ways it is Southern cooking using the commodities from Mexican culture.

Okay, so this is not Tex Mex :D I just found it too irresistible that I just got to feature it first!

What a way to start our dinner with this munchies!

Smoked Salmon Quesadilas

Prepared fresh by the Chef, this is still warm when it was served to us. Nice!

Baked Spanich Chicken with BBQ sauce

Love the smoky flavour of this chicken!

Charred Prawn

The sweetness of the charred prawn and the cherry tomato is amazing.

Chi Chi Seafood Enchiladas

A great way to eat seafood!

Cornmeal Polo

Grill Cajun Snapper with Almond Red Sauce

Being a fish person, I love this!

Guacamole Rolls

Love it that the guacamole is creamy and smooth.

Mexican BBQ Ribs

This is one succulent batch of ribs every barbecue fanatic will love!

Besides the Tex Mex flair, there’s also the usual buffet spread. Their Pasta Station is GOOD! You MUST try their pasta..

Le Pasta. You name it, they got it! They make good pasta here at Terazza Brasserie.

I ordered the Spaghetti Bolognaise for Ethan and he simply loves this! Can you believe it? This boy eats spaghetti bolognaise like once every two to three days yet he can’t get enough of this over here! Their Aglo-Olio is wicked too! I don’t mind dining here again just to have their pasta!

Cheese Station – a must have for me! :D

I finally get to appease my craving for apple pie :D

wow, i want i want!! so yummy, and those are buffet?? how come the presentation so nice?? sure you got special service that they chef did all the nice personal dishes for you all.. cheese and desserts look good leh~~
