I’m a GOLDFISH!

It started out as a random topic of conversation. I was telling a friend how I love goldfish for they are kinda ‘stupid’. I mean, do you notice that goldfish move their entire body when they swim unlike other fishes that swim so effortlessly? I love that goldfish always look ~~clueless~~ happy and I can sit in front of the aquarium for hours just looking at them wiggling from left to right for the millionth time.

My friend then looked at me saying, “Do you know that people often associate owners with their pets?”

I was like, “DUH!! I’m NOT STUPID lah dei!” @_@ After blurting THAT out, then I started to think… *YES, Submerryn DOES THINK at times!!* I AM kinda like a goldfish in a way.

And then when he read this little article on ‘HOW TO CARE FOR GOLDFISH’, he said he is reading it by replacing all the word goldfish with MERRYN! >_<

* ~~Goldfish~~ Merryn make great first pets, as she require little maintenance.

Betul, Betul! I’m very low-maintenance. Ask Darling if you don’t believe it! That’s why he super sayang ME! :D

* The aquarium should never contain objects with sharp edges that could injure ~~them~~ her.

Oh yes, I’m very prone to ‘accidents’ in the house as I’m such a clutz so please…

* ~~Goldfish~~ Merryn should be kept in a large aquarium rather than a small container, like a fish bowl.

If you know me well you’ll know that I can’t sit still for more than a minute being confined to 4 walls so the best you can do is to ensure the space between those walls are as BIG as possible so I can move about! :P

* ~~Goldfish~~ Merryn’s ~~tanks~~ place need to be equipped with a filtration system, because ~~goldfish~~ she produce a significant amount of waste…

Err… say what?!! @_@

You goldfish? No lah…goldfish only look nice and are good for nothing – just for display…and true, produce a lot of shit. I'm sure you're not like that. Hehehehe!!! (Now do I get a present for this?)

You sure you are low maintenance? A body message could cost more RM200, luxury dining with tai tai friends, rebonding hair that you just got and may be some of the things that I don't know. You are just being humble, ain't you? hahaha!

aijor…ya ler, maintenance for gold fish very cheap…feed some fish food kao tim..but for Submerryn…ermmmm…i think mahal la..hhahhaah

Hi Goldfish greetings can you swim like one? haha. Talking about swimming used to have a few in my fountain and one particular goldfish loves to swim upside down like doing a back stroke and thought it 'ting tong' *dead* already. When I placed my hands in the water it starts to turn it body and swim.

Learn this from ma daughter that fishes got short memory that is why they dont feel bored in the tank around the same place 7/24. Wonder fishes go to sleep? If fishes dont sleep then you must follow hahaha. Sorry no pet at home merely wild birds making nest under piping near kitchen and some wild myna birds coming over a few times a day to drink the fountain water.

I used to love goldfish,had many of them,eventually with all the shit,hard maintenance,,, i dumped them already la…now i no like pets lol, cos they demand same amount of TLC leh,,,
