Always have protection on! Wear a helmet!

Howdy folks! How are you enjoying your long weekend? It’s a beautiful day — the sun is shining, the birds are chirping. What could be more perfect than a bike ride?

The bicycle is getting more and more popular these days since it’s rather environment friendly. So make sure you ride safe! It’s important to wear your bike helmet to avoid head injury! Wear a bike helmet EVERY TIME YOU RIDE, even if you are going for a short ride.

Your helmet should fit you well. It should not be too small or too big. Never wear a hat under your bike helmet. Wear your helmet right so it can protect you. It should be worn level and cover your forehead. Don’t pull it back until your forehead is showing. The straps should always be fastened. If it is not, it’s likely to fall off your head when you need it most. Make sure the straps are adjusted so they’re snug enough that you can’t pull or twist the helmet around on your head.

Many bike helmets today are lightweight and come in cool colors. Personalise yours with cool reflective stickers.

Most importantly, don’t wear your helmet like Ethan! @_@

He sure needs a good helmet desperately! Now now.. where can I find one?!

berhati-hati di jalan raya.. ethan's helmet definitely cannot make it lah, at home playing toy motorbike still ok lah, haha.. ;p

I guess you can find it at any decent bicycle shop, probably cheaper thn those in sport utility shop!

hhahaha.. Ethan oh Ethan!! CUTE is the only word I can describe him with his 'helmet'.. I thought mummy trying to teach him use other kind of 'helmet'.. muahaha..

Kelakarnya. Hahaha. That doesn't look like a helmet at all. Like some toy to put in shapes. So have you found the helmet at bicycle shops?
