Funtoystic Christmas @ Mid Valley Megamall
I don’t usually go to Mid Valley Megamall. The jam and the crowd just scares the heck out of me! I live underwater you see, so am not used to crowds :P
But because we had to go to the Gardens the other day for the Gap Casting Call
thingy, we decided to drop by Mid Valley to check out the decor. Guess what? I forgot to check out The Garden’s decor!!! I am definitely getting OLD and useless :(
Anyway… let’s take a look at what Mid Valley has to offer. With “Funtoystic” as their theme, they sure live up to expectation with humongous toys being scattered every corner!
Welcome to Mid Valley Megamall’s Funtoystic Christmas
Toys aplenty. Back being a kid again :D But I’ve never had THAT many toys in my entire life!
Toy soldiers. Was looking for the one-legged toy/tin soldier but could not find him :(
Erm.. I’ve seen some Asian girls with blue contact lenses and I think they looked just like the above! :P *Now dun you come firing me inside out for that remark!*
This is such a lovely carousel. It actually moves! Cool!
This dancing ballerina reminds me of my search for that one-legged tin soldier. It would be so awesome if they had come out with that one-legged tin soldier and that one-legged dancer that he fell in love with! I mean, I know I’m all grown-up but part of me is still a sucker for fairy-tale love stories! I always love how they always end with, “and they lived happily ever after” :D
Looking at those toys individually is nice. Put them all together and you’ll get one messy playroom! I’ve had enough mess at home with Ethan’s toys so having a huge pile of toys put up together is not my cup of tea :D
So my vote for best Christmas decor this year still goes to my second home – 1 Utama
because there’s nothing more meaningful than going home for Christmas :D
