ROCK + BOLA = GO-11 Indie Concert & Bazaar

@ Padang Timur, Taman Jaya LRT on 11 July 2010 with FIFA World Cup LIVE viewing from 3pm (11/7) to 5am (12/7).

So there we were on a Sunday nite. Why not go to 1 Utama’s FAN FIESTA @ Central Park Avenue for the LIVE viewing you ask me? Yeah, since 1U’s my second home, why did we not go there? Got Hannah Tan wor!!!! Well, this is what I call – getting out of my comfort zone! :P

Everyday 1U boring jugak babe!

Stepping into this area brought back fond memories. You know the first time I stepped foot in KL, the FIRST stop was PJ Hilton. My dad was driving me and my load of stuffs as I’ve registered myself into Stamford College PJ in a haste. He was not familiar with KL but somehow managed to end up in PJ Hilton which is situated just next to Stamford College! Miracle! :P

Amcorp Mall is just 10 minutes walk away from my hostel. My mates and I would take a leisurely walk every evening to Taman Jaya to relax and then stop by the 24 hours A&W there for dunno watever reason! That was my life for the entire 9 months I was in Stamford and more when I first started working.

Life was really interesting then. Imagine us 12 girls of different races and nationalities living under the same roof! Havoc! I missed those days though :)

Anyway, back to topic. Geez, I get side-tracked easily these days :D We were there watching over 100 performers from 30 bands take centrestage. Of course, we did not stay to watch THAT many. After all, I am no ROCK fan! (except for Adam Lambert :P) My ears went deaf after just several performances! :P

The scene from afar. There were quizzes too and if you get it right, you’ll get a ride on the hot-air balloon!

What hot-air balloon? This hot-air balloon. Half asleep and too tired to wake up! Must be because of that World Cup 3rd Place playoff – Germany vs Uruguay game. GO Khedira :)

Alas, we did not even stay for the LIVE viewing. Crazy ah? No need to work ah? But most importantly, where to put Ethan lah??? Way over his bedtime~lah!

Spain, Spain, Spain… let’s see if Oracle Octopus got it right AGAIN this TIME!
