When I was still working in office, i never had to worry bout browsing inappropriate material. Why? LOL… I am very ethical wan. Only browse for politic stuff and news. I dun even hv fb and whatnot. Dun believe it? Believe it, you're on Ripley's! LOL…

If I am the boss, of course I won't allow my staffs and workers to browse internet, facebook, tweet, blog etc.etc. cos why should I pay them to do all those right? Haha
This is a very bad idea. Each company's network have a proxy server which painstakingly or maybe not, they can detect where you are going. These folks really have too much time!
