Putrajaya Marriott Hotel Weekend Getaway

21 November 2009. We went for a weekend getaway in Putrajaya Marriott Hotel with Irene, Kelwin and lil’ missy Krys.

It started a little bit shaky on my side. Irene arrived safely at the hotel by 2pm I think. I was still at home waiting for Darling as he had some errants to run earlier. By the time we arrived, it was already after 6pm. Upon checking in, this was what greeted us.

The first thing the ‘guys’ did was to check out what’s on TV, only to find out that we are running late for dinner already… But still, this little fella had some urgent ‘business’ calls to attend before dinner! Boy, next time we go on a getaway, please leave your business at home!
After freshing up, the little rascal was reunited with lil’ missy.

Dinner time. As we had just comfortably settled ourselves, the waiter who was serving our drinks accidentally dropped the whole tray of water filled glasses on Ethan! I shouted in horror and that just ‘shocked’ Ethan more. Darling removed Ethan’s soaking wet pants and went upstairs to our room to get a clean dry pair of pants for him. I was a little bit wet but it’s okay, just wiped it off. Ethan refused to sit on his own after that incident and insisted to be seated on my lap for dinner.

Ethan was either on my lap or Darling’s throughout 3/4 of the dinner until Kel came out with a brilliant idea of putting Krys and Ethan together side by side. Then as if that is not enough, Both Kel and Irene brought out their iphones to keep the kids entertained! Aiyo, I dare not let Ethan touch the phone! Darling just put it on the high chair tray and thank goodness Ethan obediently watched Elmo without touching the phone!

What technology does to kids these days…

We took a stroll around the hotel after dinner. I guess the little couple wanted some time on their own as shown by this lil’ missy. Look at how she chases ME (the paparazzi) away.

After the stroll we went over to Irene’s room for a while for Kel to guide me on some Internet and PC issues. Thankx to him, I am so much smarter and Internet savvy now. :P

Ethan cleaning up before retiring for the night. He was very excited and only slept at 12.30am! We woke up at 7am the next morning and that shall be continue in my next post…

wah…u r surely fast to post up.Btw, did Marriort compensate u for the blunder or not? U can actually make big noise…perhaps u will get free stay..ehehheheheCant wait for yr day 2 post…

hey, u post this in the Marriot room? free connection? yeah, what happened to the poor waiter? what if it was not ethan and some other people from other country, i guess he has to face the guni-sack… so how was the dinner.. sedap tak? i love the bed though.. so giant hor?

You are very understanding, glad Ethan is okay. How is Marriot Putrajaya, how much does it cost per night? Is the buffet breakfast nice?I believe Putrajaya by night is beautiful :)

Wow..now my turn to envy you..hehe..coz you went for holiday wor. :PThe little couple is very cute…haha. Hmm..the waiter was very clumsy leh..luckily nothing bad happened.

superwoman nie, bukan main cepat post up. hehehe… had a good time us, eat & eat… gosh! think i put on a kg la… sei loooooor. i miss the bed, and the heaven pillows! gosh! i actually gave a big hug to the pillows & said byebye! wahahaha!

hahaha Ethan so so happy in the bathroom!So bad some mishap happened but good thing Ethan was able to recover his mood later on.
