Homemade Tau Foo Fah

The one thing I really look forward to have whenever I go back to my hometown is my mother’s homemade Tau Foo Fah. (
I don’t know how to spell it, sorry!)

She’ll blend the soaked beans. Filter it, boil it. Add in whatever she needs to add.

Leave it for about an hour.

And what I do on MY part is… to help eat it! Yummy.. super smooth tau foo fah!
P/S: This must be the worst food review ever done as I’ve not written anything about the ingredients or process. You know why? ‘Coz I did not help.. I was busy watching Lion King with Ethan.. haha..
So nice to be home with mom, rite? Pampered to the max. :D
Can I have a bowl of Tau Foo Fah please…It is so so yummy. I like to eat it with brown sugar too. Nice!
