Stolen Sweets Are Sweeter

1st April 2009. Darling told me NOT to go online for there were reports of some April Fool’s virus going around. He warned me that if our desktop were to get infected, it will be MY entire fault and I will have to rectify it at my own cost! Of course, being a 90% computer idiot, I obliged (without a fight!). And oh boy… my misery started from the moment it hit 1st April (Malaysia time) and only ended on the 2nd April (U.S time)! That in total is more than 24 hours!

I was actually very preoccupied with Ethan, household chores, SUDOKU and all. But KNOWING that I was NOT supposed to go online drove me crazy! I am NOT that all an addicted blogger, you see. When I am in my hometown for the weekend for example, I was okay not having the access to blog. It was just the rebel in me that made me so darn restless. Hence the saying, “Stolen sweets are sweeter!” Never tell me what I CAN’T do, as I will find the way no matter what to actually DO it!

So, did I finally go online on April Fool’s day? Of course… NOT! I had been playing so many April Fool’s prank on too many people (especially my eldest sis) previously; I just had a strong feeling that one day I’ll be the biggest FOOL. So, whether the reports of the virus are true or just mere rumours, I am still fooled one way or the other. :D
